The view of Horseshoe Bend is about 500 feet above the river. I was shooting with my Canon 10D and a 17-40 wide angle lens but I was unable to capture the entire scene because of the 1.6 crop factor of the 10D. I pulled out my trusty film camera and captured this photo. It is a scene like this that makes me want a full frame digital camera.
