Death Valley Night Sky
Death Valley has some of the darkest skies anywhere so nightscape photography can be done from just about anywhere. Most of my night shots are composites of two photos, one exposed for three minutes for the foreground and the second for 25 seconds for the sky. I put them together in Photoshop.
