Blue Ice
Glacieral ice is so dense that the glacier absorbs every color of the spectrum except blue. Usually we think of glacieral ice as turquoise but as seen in this macro of an iceberg, it can really be blue. This shot was made along the beach near the glacier lagoon with a 180mm macro lens with a 1.4 tele-extender at f14, ISO 400 at 1/100 second.
