Quirk of Nature
The Yellowstone River is a long way from most of the termal features in the Park but the fast flowing water kept it from freezing over. Notice the animal tracks along the river's edge. From a more abstract point of view, careful examination will reveal a flying bird. At the leftmost points of the river you will see the beak, an ice chunk is the eye and the river forms the wings.
